Longarm Certification

Are you interested in getting certified to use our Club Innova Longarm?   We conduct new user training classes  monthly, if needed.

Specified longarm trainers facilitate the new user training in four parts:

  • Part 1 is an orientation meeting.
  • Part 2 is the first “hands on” activity, heavily guided and assisted by the trainer
  • Part 3 is the second “hands on” with the trainer observing to determine if the user is competent to operate the machine.
  • Part 4 is working with a mentor present.

The training sessions include all about the machine, usage, and the requirements needed by the club to get you comfortable on the club machine.

Operating the longarm machine can be physically demanding, typically requiring the operator to be on his/her feet for at least four hours at a time; frequent bending and stretching.

If you are interested in our next classes, please fill out this form, and the Longarm committee will contact you with the next class dates and additional information.
